It is possible to order washing and ironing detailed information in the room.

Parking lots
Our guests can use three parking zones:

• Underground parking ~ 300 places
  (70 PLN/day/vehicle),
• External parking ~ 140 places
  (50 PLN/day/vehicle).
• Free parking ~ 100 spaces

We do not book parking spaces.

Pets
Pets are welcome with us - their stay is paid additionally - animals up to 10 kg weight - 150 PLN/day, over 10 kg weight - 230 PLN/day

In every bathroom:

• shower, toilet, washbasin
• cosmetics: shampoo, soap
• towels
• hairdryer

(the hotel has bathrooms adapted for people with mobility difficulties)

For our youngest guests, on request we offer:

• travel cot with bed linen
• additional pillows and duvets
  
• extra towels for children
• bathtub
• microwave for heating children's food in the Czerwona Restaurant
• first aid kit, current contact to the pharmacy, doctor and nurse - information at Hotel Reception

Bathrobes can be rented at the reception of Tropikana Water Park - rental price PLN 10, refundable deposit PLN 50.
