Valentine’s Day at the Green Restaurant
On February 14–15, 2026, the Green Restaurant invites you to a special Valentine’s dinner, created for everyone who wishes to spend this evening in a pleasant atmosphere and enjoy excellent cuisine.
Dinner will be served from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
During this time, only the Valentine’s menu will be available.

Starter
King scallops in a butter and white wine sauce with samphire salad

Velvety carrot and fennel cream with ginger, chili and a mix of roasted nuts

Peach sorbet with prosecco

- Saffron-marinated halibut with saffron rice and sautéed peppers
- Aromatic duck breast with red currant sauce, potato fondant and glazed baby carrots

Saturday Valentine’s Disco at the Night Club
An evening full of romantic tunes and dance energy. The special atmosphere will be created by DJ Damn Lady and DJ Axel. The experience is completed with stylish decorations, special Valentine’s drinks, and a bartender show.
